Nicole Plummer, LCSW
Licensed Certified Social Worker
Northwest Arkansas
Welcome to Nicole Plummer, LLC!

I offer in-person and online therapy for adolescents and adults across Northwest Arkansas. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and a genuine commitment to understanding your experiences. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and rooted in trust — a space where you can slow down, breathe, and be fully yourself.

You can expect a therapist who listens closely, validates your experience, and offers practical tools that fit your real life. Together, we’ll set goals that feel meaningful and achievable. While we do important work, I also believe therapy should include moments of lightness and warmth to help you feel grounded and supported.
About Nicole
I am a licensed therapist and a proud native of Northwest Arkansas. I earned my degrees from the University of Arkansas.

I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, women's issues, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My work is trauma-informed and honors your unique identity and lived experiences. I’m also an anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician who values creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Using holistic, evidence-based approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy — I help you understand patterns, build new skills, and move toward the life you want with clarity and confidence.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring national parks, getting lost in a good book, unwinding with video games, and connecting with friends.

Therapeutic Approaches
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and learning practical skills to shift them, clients can reduce distress, improve coping, and create meaningful, lasting change in their daily lives.
Person-Centered
A collaborative, client-centered approach that fosters self-discovery, growth, and healing within a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Through empathy, active listening, and genuine respect, the therapist helps clients connect with their inner strengths and insights to find their own path forward.
Strengths-Based
A collaborative approach that focuses on each person’s inherent strengths, resources, and resilience. Rather than centering on problems or deficits, Strengths-Based Therapy helps clients recognize and build upon their existing abilities to foster empowerment, confidence, and lasting growth.
Solution-Focused
A goal-oriented approach that emphasizes clients’ existing strengths and the possibilities for change in the present and future. Rather than exploring problems in depth, this modality helps clients identify what’s working, clarify their goals, and build small, achievable steps toward the outcomes they want.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of therapy services. This estimate provides transparency about fees, helping clients make informed financial decisions about their care. While the actual cost may vary based on individual needs and session frequency, the estimate ensures there are no unexpected charges. If you have questions about your Good Faith Estimate, feel free to ask.
